excellent hotel near the pantheon
superb location helpful staff
the hotel is in a superb location, just a short walk from the pantheon. the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the room had a mini bar with ample toiletries and a safe. also air conditioning worked perfectly!
i didn't like that there were trappor on the room to get to the bathroom. one or two nights would have been okay, but five nights felt a bit long.

really good location
polite receptionist abundance of options popular destination
The receptionist was polite and efficient during check in. the breakfast service provides an abundance of options, so I found several items I liked. the location was amazing. I walked to many popular destinations.
the gym equipment appears a little dated, though it still functions.

The room had contemporary decor and a stocked mini bar. Bottled water was complimentary. it included blackout curtains that helped me sleep better. the bathroom features premium toiletries and plush towels.

the concierge helped me with directions and restaurant reservations. the staff offered quick response times and were willing to address requests promptly. daily housekeeping kept the room immaculate and organized, this was appreciated.

The lobby included comfortable seating for waiting or relaxing. the hotel provides free wifi. The signal remained strong throughout the building. a business center is available and provides computer access and printing services.

Several restaurants and cafes were within easy walking distance. I found good options. public transport links are nearby, this included bus stops and metro stations. notable landmarks were also easily accessible by foot.

mixed feelings about this hotel
dirty walls non-functional towel warmer
the location was acceptable as it was close to main attractions.
our room was in a separate building, inconvenient. climbing stairs to reach the room was annoying with dirty walls and floors. the tiny elevator had complications, and the towel warmer did not work. the shower had stagnant water. i also noticed a strong smell in the room, resembling mold or something old.

convenient location good options
The location was convenient. I could easily walk to main attractions and do lots of shopping around!!! The breakfast offered good options, and I found it very satisfying.
The building has only one super tiny elevator where two persons with luggage can barely fit.
